With more than forty awards for creativity and effectivity, Michal Pastier is one of the most appreciated campaign creators in Slovakia. So far he is the only ideamaker from Czech republic and Slovakia who succeeded in category Young Cyber Lion at world most prestigious advertising festival Cannes Lions. After five years at advertising agency Istropolitana Ogilvy he co-founded ZARAGUZA digital where he works as Digital Creative Director. In its first year, Zaraguza.com already became most awarded digital agency in Slovakia at competition Zlatý klinec 2010, where (amongst others) it won the category Interactive and online with its Facebook application for Tatra bank. Right now he enjoys world success of www.alcowebizer.com, which made it to the homepage of TechCrunch.

Pavel Hacker started his career in 2002 in PR, working for agencies CIA and Omnimedia, where he spent 5 years. He moved towards digital communication in 2006 at czech largest online marketing agency Adventures. In its media department he managed strategic planning and execution of non-standard media campaigns. At 2007 he became the head of special team developing its own practices in viral a community marketing. After Adventures merged with Ogilvy@Mather, this team became the foundation of Neo@Ogilvy. When Pavel left, he actively directed social media and viral marketing agency Viral Boooster as its co-founder. Since April 2011 he is the head of social media team at EURO RSCG.

Igor Beuker (40) was Chief Marketing Officer at listed companies Scoot, TeliaSonera and O2. With no portfolio, no clients and no money (except a loan) Igor founded digital marketing agency LaComunidad in 2003.

In 2004 he also founded online video metrics company ViralTracker. And in 2007 social media marketing agency SocialMedia8 and Adge ranked blog ViralBlog.com. In 2008 he sold a part of his Grupo LaComunidad shares to WPP, a world leader in marketing communications.

Igor chaired the IAB NL for 5 years and he frequently shakes-up marketing events with his spicy vision. He is a TOP 10 trend watcher for Speakers Academy and gains new insights as creative digital strategist for brands like Heineken, Dell, Microsoft and Diesel and by being a jury member at the Webby Awards and AMMA Awards.

Being a fan of Richard Branson, Igor has challenged his entrepreneurial skills as shareholder/ board member at several internet companies, he is the sponsor manager for a K1 World Champion and he is co-owner of the Amsterdam-based fashion boutique Je m’ Appelle Iggy.

How is the importance of PR and its position in the chain of communication changing in a world dominated by Facebook, Twitter and Youtube? What is the new hierarchy and new methods?

After completing his Nuclear Engineering degree at the Milan Polytechnic in 1981, Gianni worked for 2 years at IBM as a Systems Engineer, prior to switching to sales and marketing with Olivetti; in 1986 he founded the Italian operation of Lotus Development Corp. His responsibilities at Lotus grew along with the success of the company in Italy which in the 7 year of tenure as Country General Manager moved from 2 employees and USD 700,000 in sales to 35 employees and over USD 10 million in sales.

In 1993 he joined Image Time as partner of the agency which In 1999 was acquired by Omnicom and became part of Pleon which in 2010 merged with Ketchum to form Ketchum Pleon, one of the world's largest communications consultancies. For many years Country CEO for Italy, he was European Director for the Technology Practice and now serves as European Director, Digital & Social Media.

Gianni coordinates the development of the Digital & SoMe offering across Europe, defining and articulating the agency’s metho­dology, and creating the education program needed to make KP „a 100% digital Agency“. He lectures on the matter both in Italy and abroad and writes on this topic on the ‚Social Media‘ channel of his blog; some of his written works have been selected as required reading for the SDA Bocconi Graduate School of Management’s cou­rse, ‘Internet for Business Communication’.
